Corporate registration
Primeway Advisory operates from Lahore under the Companies Act 2017. Corporate registration with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan is in progress; the unique identification number and incorporation particulars will be published on this page, in full, the moment they are issued. Until then this page should be read as a statement of intended standards rather than a completed registration.
The registered office is 197 Block C, 3rd Floor, Main Boulevard, DHA Phase 8, Lahore, Punjab 54792, Pakistan.
Company particulars can be verified independently through the SECP's public e-services portal. We would rather you checked than took our word for it.
Scope of services
The firm provides market research and analysis, broker introduction and evaluation, and non-discretionary investment advisory. That list is exhaustive.
Specifically, and importantly:
- We do not take custody of client cash, securities or positions at any time.
- We do not operate a proprietary trading book against the views we publish.
- We do not exercise discretion over any client account — every instruction originates with the client.
- We do not guarantee returns, and we do not accept a performance fee.
All client transactions are executed and held at the client's own regulated broker, in the client's own name, and remain under the client's sole control throughout.
Anti-money-laundering & KYC
The firm complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act 2010 and associated regulations. All advisory clients are subject to know-your-customer procedures at onboarding and to periodic review thereafter.
This includes verification of identity and address, establishing source of funds where relevant, and screening against applicable sanctions and politically-exposed-person lists.
Where a transaction or instruction raises a suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing, we are obliged to report it to the Financial Monitoring Unit. The law prohibits us from notifying the client that such a report has been made.
Complaints procedure
Complaints should be sent in writing to info@primewayadvisory.com, marked for the attention of compliance. Please include your name, the nature of the complaint and the dates involved.
Every complaint is logged on receipt and acknowledged within one working day. A substantive written response is issued by the compliance principal within ten working days.
If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan through its official complaints channel. We will provide the relevant details on request, and we will not obstruct or discourage an escalation.
Client data & confidentiality
Client information is treated as confidential and is accessible only to personnel who require it to perform the engagement.
It is disclosed outside the firm only where compelled by law, by a court of competent jurisdiction, or by a lawful regulatory request — or to your own broker, where that disclosure is necessary to deliver a service you have engaged us to provide.
Retention periods, your rights over your data, and our approach to cookies and analytics are set out in the Privacy Notice.
